Test Preparation and Sample Tests

Praxis Test Preparation The Praxis SeriesTM assessments provide educational tests and other services that states use as part of their teacher licensure and certification process. The Praxis I® tests measure basic academic skills, and the Praxis II® tests measure general and subject-specific knowledge and teaching skills.

The library has access to study guides and sample tests online and in print. Choose below to prepare yourself!

  • Testing and Education Reference Center
View test preparation guides and sample online tests for Praxis in the Testing and Education Reference Center, where you can also find study materials, sample tests for college entrance and licensing exams, and descriptions of colleges or graduate schools
  • Praxis information from ETS (Educational Testing Service)
Registration for computer- and paper-based exams, test preparation materials, details about the tests, state requirements, and more.
  • Find Study Guides in the Library Catalog
Clicking on the link above will bring up all of the titles in the JHU Libraries that have "praxis" anywhere in the record and "study guides" in the subject terms.
