Special Collections is composed of materials housed at 3 different locations.
- Brody Learning Commons Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm, Tuesdays until 8pm
- George Peabody Library Monday - Thursday, 9-5 & Friday, 9-3
- John Work Garrett Library Open by appointment only

The Department of Special Collections is open during the following hours during the regular academic semester:
Monday, Wednesday - Friday: 10am-6pm
Tuesday: 10am-8pm
Summer Hours (Monday, May 20 - Friday, August 30)
Monday, Wednesday-Friday: 10am-5pm
Tuesday: 10am-8pm
Closed the following dates:
Monday, May 20 (can be open from 3-5 by appointment only)
Tuesday, May 21: Reading Room only open until 5
