- SUDOC Holdings at French academic libraries.Covers theses completed in France since 1972 (for Humanities and Social Sciences). Search by author, title, subject, keyword, and abstract. "Recherche avancée" option lets you limit to Theses.
- Serveur de Thèses Multidisciplinaire Access to the full text of mostly French dissertations
- Cybertheses Full text access to French language theses, including from Canada and other countries publishing French language theses.
Access
- The Library does not purchase many dissertations. However, many are available through InterLibrary Services.
- Remember that U.S. dissertations written since 1997 are available for free download from Digital Dissertations (link above).
- Information on obtaining French theses from France is available at ABES. (Agence Bibliographique de l'Enseignement Supérieur).
- If you would like the Library to purchase a dissertation, contact the Librarian for the Department.
