Cn3D

Cn3D is the viewer used by NCBI to display molecular structures. You can rotate images, as well as change the way parts of the structure are represented.

This software is installed on the public computers in Eisenhower Library. You can also download it onto your own computer.

 

Search the Core Engineering Resources

When searching in databases, try specific words, such as nanotoxicology, nanotronics, or nanoparticles. Or, just use nano* -- this will bring up all the articles with words that start with this.

Search all of these engineering databases simultaneously. Or, to search only one database, click on its title.

Go to JHsearch to see the online resources in medicine, biology, and other fields.

Resources in Molecular Biology
