Newspaper Circulation Statistics
- Total Circ from the Alliance for Audited MediaFormerly called the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC).
AAM offers free circulation data for consumer and business (trade) magazines, farm publications and newspapers - Gale Directory Library1. Click on the "Publication" link.
2. Next, type in "Gale Directory of Publications and Broadcast Media" in the Publication Search.
3. Once in the publication, type in the name of the newspaper needed in the Quick Search box.
4. Circulation statistics are included near the bottom of many entries.
TIP: If unable to locate a known title, consider adding "the" to the beginning of the search string. For example, when searching for "Washington Post," try "The Washington Post." - Standard Rate Data Service (SRDS)View the "My Services" list within SRDS for access to listings of national and international advertising and media sources from the Standard Rate Data Service (SRDS). Entries include facts about publications, circulation statistics and advertising rates.
