What are OERs

OERs are teaching, learning and research resources that reside in the public domain or have been released under an intellectual property license that permits their fair use and re-purposing by others.

These educational materials can be textbooks, entire courses, syllabi, lesson plans, learning games, interactive modules, or quizzes; anything that can be used to teach or learn.
