Want to practice?  You should before you do your first online consult!  Practice with a colleague or email Liz and she'd be happy to walk you through the process, or be your pretend student for a while.

None of these tools allow you to access the student's screen and control it.  But remote access to another person's computer can be done through a Chrome Browser App.  Ask Liz if you're interested.
