- Books to Prisoners ProgramsPBP is one of many “Books to Prisoners” groups in the US, Canada and England. If you live near one of these, they would appreciate your books and your support!
Some may be able to serve prisoners in states we do not serve. The info on states served can change frequently. Please verify their service area before requesting books. - NoName Book Club Prison ChaptersWe understand that when a loved one is arrested or sent to jail the ripple effects are felt across the entire community. We know the Prison Industrial Complex looks to capitalize off our pain and efforts to stay in contact with folks inside, the cost of: calls, letters, commissary, and packages add up really fast. Which is one of the reasons we are working with community members like you to connect folks inside with radical books.

There are two sections to this form, the first asks for your personal information. The second asks for the most current information of your incarcerated loved one - American Library Association (ALA)'s Guide for Books to Prisoner ProgramsThis page contains resources on donating books and magazines, including groups and organizations that accept donations and general guidelines on donating.
Please be aware that the American Library Association does not accept, distribute, or coordinate donations of books or any other materials. This Guide provides information on some of the groups and organizations that do handle book donations - including donations of used books.

- Prisoner ExpressWith each semi-annual newsletter, a new cycle of programming begins. Each newsletter describes the current programs available and provides an opportunity to enroll. All of our programs are conducted via the postal system and provide opportunities for creativity, expression, and education.
