Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap)
REDCap is a mature, secure web application for building and managing online surveys and databases. Reach out to redcap@jhu.edu for more information or sign up for one of their Zoom-in clinic sessions if you need help with REDCap. REDCap Training Central is for people who are interested in using REDCap and want to learn more about it.
Qualtrics
Qualtrics is a web-based survey-building tool. Log into Qualtrics account at jh.qualtrics.com. Their vender support is available here.

JHU Data Services unit can assist you with identifying both commercial and publicly-available datasets. In addition, we provide access to ArcGIS software (campus license) and in-house access to Stata and SPSS.

Guides for Finding Secondary Health Data by Welch Medical Library
The Welch Medical Library has two guides to help researchers in health and medical fields to find secondary data for research.
Core for Clinical Research Data Acquisition (CCDA)
CCDA is under Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) at JHMI. It assists researchers with accessing clinical data for research purposes and helps researchers complying privacy and security regulations.
Precision Medicine Analytics Platform (PMAP)
The PMAP platform pulls data from a Data Commons, including the EPIC data and other data sources, and researchers can access those data with IRB approval and analyze them in a secured environment. PMAP is available to all Johns Hopkins Medicine researchers and the fee model can be found here.
Registry of Research Data Repositories (re3data.org)
A global registry of data repositories that covers research data repositories from different academic disciplines. Use re3data.org to search for data repositories in a specified discipline and download and/or deposit data there.
