JHU Data Services manages an Esri education site license on behalf of Johns Hopkins University. The education site license provides access to a range of both desktop and enterprise software, as well as software-as-a-service, web-based platforms from Esri.

Software Versions

Commonly requested desktop software and web applications are made available for download through the JHU Data Services Esri Software Access. It is our goal to make available the most recent version of ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro. However, software releases by Esri rarely coincide with the academic calendar. To keep things consistent for classes, Data Services posts new versions in between semesters and avoids posting new editions of software in the middle of the semester or academic term. Faculty and staff can contact dataservices@jhu.edu to have access to a different version of any of the available geospatial software.
